We are told in the passage below that if it’s evil, then we have no business looking at it. David said, “I will set no wicked thing before mine eyes. . .” We are studying the life of David in our men’s Bible study and I see that David knew from personal experience that looking at the wrong thing could be very harmful. Before he ever committed his sin with Bathsheba, he first allowed his eyes to LOOK upon her nude body (II Sam. 11:2). What are you allowing YOUR eyes to look upon?
