America’s favorite pastime is NOT baseball; it’s TV! I recently read that by the age of eighteen, the average young person has wasted over THREE YEARS of his life watching TV! If you spend only two hours each day watching TV, you will waste ONE FULL YEAR every twelve years! That’s SIX WASTED YEARS out of a seventy-two year life! How many years have you already wasted? Using this formula, I’ve wasted over 4 years watching TV. Now that Mom is gone, I find it hard to watch any TV at all. The more I’m away from it, the more I think it’s a huge waste of time. What are you doing with the 168 hours per week that God gives you? Stop wasting time and start redeeming time, because life is too short to waste.
