I seem to keep being challenged to wait on God’s timing and not to run ahead and do a bunch of good things, even though I feel that God would approve. There are many opportunities to do good things in our lives, but they are not always “God” things! In my case, I find myself doing things that God did not direct me to do and therefore may not see it as good at all. Often times these “good” activities are born out of MY own strength and I am not always leaning on Him and therefore the results can get muddy. One of my most difficult challenges is to know what things to be involved in and what things not to be involved in. Especially now that I have some time to fill because of Mom’s absence in my life. I simply have to remember that God’s timing is perfect. I know I need to be more patient and wait on that timing to move ahead!
