I’ve talked a lot about finding freedom in Christ this week. So what steps can you take to find that freedom? First of all start repenting more often and not making excuses for yourself. Secondly, find someone to be accountable to. Chris and I had this talk several weeks ago. Chris is a good leader, but doesn’t always have someone challenging him. Mom was the same way. She was so in tune with God that not many people reached out to try and hold her accountable to her own issues (yes, even she had some). It’s not easy, but you need to swallow your pride and ask someone (or several people) to meet with you and hold you accountable to the things in your life that need changing. Put your issues out there for some trusted advisors to challenge you on a regular basis. Where two or more are gathered together in Jesus name, HE WILL SHOW UP AND YOU WILL SEE CHANGE!
