The other thing that struck me last week, as I contemplated my identity crisis, was that without the full immersion into your sonship in Christ, you won’t hear the Holy Spirit as clearly to guide you. As we press into the Word of God and understand our undeniable position in the royal family, the gifts of the Holy Spirit should flow naturally. If we keep one foot in the world and only dip our toes into the spiritual realm that surrounds us, we probably won’t react to the Holy Spirit’s leading. The power of our testimony will be so much more effective when we are lead by the Holy Spirit. It was an amazing revelation when God showed me last week that as we accept our position in His family, the doors of deliverance will fly open. We will see the miracles that God wants to expose us to as we start to open our minds to the fullness of the spiritual world around us.
