Sometimes change happens immediately and sometimes change takes time. We didn’t wake up one morning and find ourselves buried in some sin or believing in satan’s lies. In some cases, we spent a lifetime getting in a negative situation, so don’t think once you recognize it and start down the path of repentance that it will change overnight! Do NOT lose heart! The Word of God is true and if you continue to believe and trust in the Word and God’s love, YOU WILL HAVE VICTORY. Even though satan is defeated, he still rules the world with his demons who tempt and continue to deceive us, so often times we need to continue to press into God even when we have had victory over our issues. Stand firm in faith and continue to take every thought captive!
