The Pharisees were too rigid to accept Jesus because He could not be contained to their traditions and rules. As I mentioned yesterday, we are often times more like the Pharisees than we like to admit. I know for me, I liked the structure and predictabilty of my “old” life. Things weren’t perfect, but I knew what I had and there was no stress involving change. If we really submit our lives to Christ and live for Him, things will PROBABLY change and we will lose the control we think we have. Are YOU willing to let go, lose control and live for Christ?
