Grandma has been challenging me with this phrase for as long as I can remember! I was reminded of this phrase all weekend as Jamie and I took the time to “smell the roses”! I bet you didn’t know that phrase came from the Bible. Well, it did, kind of. Roses are but one of God’s beautiful creations. We witnessed plenty of beauty last weekend as we experienced fall in the Catskill Mountains of New York. God put all of that here for us to enjoy, so don’t miss out like I did for so many years.
