We spend so much time wondering when God will show us His destiny for our lives. Maybe you’re living it right now. Imagine if you stopped looking towards tomorrow and lived for today knowing that God has you right where He wants you. What a different perspective! I know I would have wasted a lot less energy making plans for the future and missing opportunities that were right in front of me. How much time did I waste thinking about the day when God would really use me? I could have spent a lot more meaningful time with Molly and my family, but instead my mind was on the future and where God MAY take me. God has a plan and that plan is for today. As in the passage below, Esther was given the unique role of being the queen of Babylon when the king had given an order to eliminate the Jewish people. Her uncle, Mordecai, reminded her that she was placed there for purposes that they could not have fathomed until now. In the same way, we have been placed in positions for such a time as this. No matter what our current circumstances, God has placed us where we are for a unique purpose. Start living our YOUR destiny TODAY!
